Introduction

Kennedy Schultz, Ph.D., is a warm, passionate, and professional thought leader in intercultural learning and development (L&D). She leverages extensive knowledge of intercultural dynamics and skillfully applies it to help organizations, educational institutions, and individuals bridge differences. Her expertise lies in understanding how cultural concepts—such as individualistic versus collectivist mindsets, emotional expression versus emotional restraint, and direct versus indirect communication styles—shape collaboration and communication.

Kennedy holds a PhD in French from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where her research explored how history and lived experiences shaped cultural identity in the works of French-speaking authors from around the globe. Kennedy leverages this deep understanding of identity formation to help others explore how perspectives are shaped by context and experience.
