About Kennedy
Kennedy Schultz, Ph.D., is a warm, passionate, and professional thought leader in intercultural learning and development (L&D). She leverages extensive knowledge of intercultural dynamics and skillfully applies it to help organizations, educational institutions, and individuals bridge differences. Her expertise lies in understanding how cultural concepts—such as individualistic versus collectivist mindsets, emotional expression versus emotional restraint, and direct versus indirect communication styles—shape collaboration and communication. A Fulbright Specialist and national presenter, Kennedy has collaborated on intercultural issues with numerous businesses, government agencies, and educational systems for more than 20 years.
